Shipping and returns
Domestic orders within The Netherlands are shipped with track and trace for €7,35 for a framed work of 30 x 40 cm, and for €14,20 for works of 40 x 56 cm and up.
All orders to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom are shipped with track and trace for for €21,25 for a framed work of 30 x 40 cm, and for €27,25 for works of 40 x 56 cm and up.
All orders to any other countries in Europe are shipped with track and trace for €27,25 for a framed work of 30 x 40 cm, and for €30,00 for works of 40 x 56 cm and up.
Unfortunately, I don’t ship worldwide (yet). Are you looking to purchase from a country we don’t ship to currently? Please contact me at email@example.com and we might be able to figure something out!
General delivery information
I handle your order with care and make sure the products are well packed to ensure all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. I do not take responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
General shop returns policy
Products bought in my store may be returned within 14 days. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging.
Webshop returns policy
If you are not happy with your goods, I will happily issue a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original condition. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform me about your return. Please include the number of your order.
When living in The Netherlands you can send your return back with PostNL using your local postal service. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. Products bought on sale will not be refunded. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging. I am not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Please make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure a safe return. All returned packages should be sent with a trackable, insured service. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
